Privacy Policy

Business+ Marketing is a social content management platform operated by Digital360 Indonesia (“Digital360”, “we”, “us”). It helps marketing teams plan, publish and measure content across the social accounts they manage. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including data we access from your connected Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

• Account information — your name, work email, organisation, role, and password (stored hashed) when you or your administrator create an account.
• Content you create — the posts, captions, designs, schedules and notes you add to plan and publish content.
• Connected account data — when you connect a social account, the information described in Section 2.
• Usage & device data — basic logs (actions taken, timestamps, IP address, browser) used to operate and secure the service.

2. Connected platform data (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)

Business+ Marketing connects to third-party platforms only after you explicitly authorize it via each platform’s official OAuth login, and only for the accounts you choose. We request the minimum permissions needed to schedule, publish and report on content on your behalf. We never see or store your platform passwords.

Meta (Instagram & Facebook)

With your authorization we access the Instagram Business/Facebook Pages you select — page and account identifiers, profile details, the ability to publish posts and stories, and post insights (reach, engagement). Our use of information received from the Meta APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

TikTok

With your authorization we access basic profile information and the ability to upload and publish videos to your connected TikTok account. Our access to and use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Platform Policies, and is used solely to provide the features you request.

YouTube

Business+ Marketing uses YouTube API Services. With your authorization we access your YouTube channel details and the ability to upload and manage videos you publish through the app. By using these features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of data is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke Business+ Marketing’s access to your Google/YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

3. How we use information

• To provide the service — plan, schedule, publish and cross-post your content to the channels you connect.
• To show analytics — pull the posts and metrics from your connected accounts so you can measure performance.
• To operate and secure the platform — authentication, access control, troubleshooting, and preventing abuse.
• To communicate with you — service notices and support responses.

4. Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With the platforms you connect — to publish the content you schedule (e.g., sending a post to Instagram at the time you set).
• With service providers — infrastructure and hosting vendors that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• For legal reasons — where required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the service.

5. Storage & retention

Data is stored on secured servers. Access tokens for your connected accounts are stored server-side (never in your browser) and used only to perform the actions you request. We retain your content and account data for as long as your account is active, and delete or anonymise it after account closure, except where we must retain records to meet legal obligations.

6. Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), server-side storage of credentials, role-based access controls, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address any issues.

7. Your rights & choices

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and disconnect any linked social account at any time from within the app. To exercise these rights, use the in-app controls or contact us (Section 11).

8. Revoking access & deleting data

• In the app — go to Connections and disconnect any Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube account; this revokes our access and removes the stored token.
• YouTube / Google — revoke at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Meta — remove the app under Facebook Settings → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites.
• TikTok — manage connected apps in your TikTok account settings.
• Full deletion — email us (Section 11) to request deletion of your account and associated data.

9. Children

Business+ Marketing is a business tool not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date, and notify you of material changes where appropriate.
